Recipe: Butter Chicken
125mL natural yoghurt
1 tablespoon lemon juice
4 pieces of chicken breast chopped
35g of Butter Chicken spice mix
1 tablespoon oil
1 onion finely chopped
400g can of Diced Tomatoes
150mL chicken stock
250mL thickened cream
- Combine yoghurt, lemon juice and spice it up! Butter chicken spice mix. Add chicken and mix well
- Cover and refrigerate overnight
- Heat the butter and oil in a pan. Add onion and cook for 2 minutes. Reduce heat to low. Add the chicken & marinate, tomatoes and chicken stock.
- Simmer for 10 minutes. Stir in cream and cook for a further 10 minutes
Serve with rice.
