Recipe: Korma Curry
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 onion, thinly sliced
2 cloves garlic, crushed
4 pieces of chicken breast or Diced Beef or our Rump steaks!
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup passata
1/2 cup warm water
1/2 cup buttermilk
Preparation
- In a large frying pan, heat oil over medium heat. Stir in onion and garlic and cook until soft.
- Add Chicken (Cut each chicken breast fillet into 4 pieces) or Beef to frying pan and cook until meat is sealed.
- Season with salt, 4 tablespoons of Korma Curry Spice Mix .Stir in the passata, buttermilk and water.
Continue cooking for 15 minutes or until meat is cooked through.
Serve with rice
