Our quality suckling shoulder hams are locally farmed in NSW. Ranging from 14-16 weeks of age, these easy-carve portions provide a tender and sweet offering for the Christmas table. Cured and crafted using our traditional family recipe honed by six generations of butchers, the beechwood and ironbark smoke complements the natural sweetness of the meat.
