Recipe: Brazilian Spice Rub
4 pieces of Steak or Beef Brisket or Lamb Shoulder/Leg
Generous amount of Rub
Rub mixture onto meat wrap with plastic wrap and marinate for at least 30 minutes or overnight. Grill, bake or BBQ meat to your likening.
- Also great over roast potatoes as a seasoning
- Tasty through breadcrumbs for schnitzel.
Make a Dip out of it!
You can use natural yoghurt, sour cream, mayonnaise or some cream cheese (use 100 mL). Add 1 teaspoon of The Spice Factory Brazilian Rub and mix thoroughly.
